.218 Mashburn Bee brass forming

I'm looking for some help. I picked up a little Kimber 82 in Mashburn Bee. I bought some available bee loads from Midway (Hsm loads with win cases) to fire form. I also had 1/2 box of 80s vintage Winchester loads that came with the gun. The old brass forms perfectly. The new loads split 100% of the time. So I found some new Winchester loads and bought them too, thinking perhaps the pressures would be lower and the cases would form. Nope, they split too. I have some bee brass and custom redding dies on the way so I will form that way. I'm worried that new brass is weaker though and case life will be exceedingly poor. Perhaps I'm worrying too much. Thoughts would be appreciated, as well as any newer load data.

Probably a difference in annealing.

The old cases were probably annealed softer then the new stuff.

You might have to pull the bullets, de-prime them, and anneal the neck & shoulders.

Then reload them again and fire-form them.
