.223 ballistics table request

I wanted to ask a favor of someone with access to a ballistics program. Could you please post the trajectory 0-500 yards for:

.223 FMJ (PMC bronze)
16 inch barrel
Sight height above bore 2.8" (ACOG scope in Larue mount)

I want a 100 yard zero. My target is at 50 yards. It would be interesting to see the crossover points too.

P.S. Right now, my rifle shoots 1" low at 50 yards. I hope I am close.
