2A questions for Sotomayor confirmation hearing

What questions would you like to have asked?

I'd simply like a one-word, yes-or-no answer on whether the 2A codifies the right of every American citizen to keep and bear arms.

It would have to be a masterfully crafted simple question, requiring a yes or no answer.
Some ideas:
That; it is a individual Right.
That; "shall not be Infringed" would include over taxing, burdening fees, expiration dates to the Right, infingement to the availability to exercise the Right.

If I were a judge and someone asked me about the 2A, I would be forced to say that current case law says that except in the 9th circuit there is no individual right except in federal enclaves.

Thats the facts.

You cannot really expect BHO to appoint someone we would like to see on the court. No matter what, the appointee is likely to be a horrid one. This one appears to be a little worse than average, but if this one gets derailed, the next one might not be any better.

I think ANY appointee should and must be completely un-biased on
any subject.

They should not be allowed to sit on a lifetime
bench, after making the type comments this person has made,
and be completly beyond reproach.
