30-30 using Reloder#7

I have some Reloader#7 that I would like to use in my 30-30 using Speer 170gr SP. Would like some input on how much powder to use. Just something to makes holes in paper at 100 yards

2002 Alliant data says Hornady 170 + RL-7
24.0 grain MAX.

Reduce 10% for the starting load and work up.

Thanks guys, this is the round that started me reloading some 35 years ago and although I put my press away for about 30 years I haven't loaded any of these. Mostly 38/357 and 40SW. Kept all my old brass and got it looking like new again and de-primed and sized about 50 last night. So back at it tonight.
