357 Sig Carry vs Practice Ammo

Greets again folks.
This topic is meant to be a 357 Sig version of my 9mm topic. Essentially, I'm looking for a good combination of practice vs carry loads for 357 Sig which are similar in accuracy, felt recoil, muzzle flash, etc. I want to be able to practice with cheaper ammo, but have that practice carry over to my actual 'carry rounds' as much as possible.

Any info would be most appreciated!

www.ammoman.com has Speer 125gr practice ammo for $119 per 500 rounds shipped. That;s what I practice with as it shoots to the same point of aim (in my gun) as the 125gr Gold Dots which is what I carry for personal defense.

I wish I could figure out the load recipe for that round. I'm currently loading the Speer 125grn TMJ bullets. Finding out the powder/weight and I could replicate those pretty much.
