No one has said it yet so I'll list Unique as my go to..of course I use it for everything but that is because it works pretty good for most things. I think it shines in 158 gr. lead for the .38 Special and .357 Magnum.

I have been using 14g of 2400 with 158SWC and I find it to be rather mild and very accurate out of my 4" GP100. Not quite as mild as 38 special, but mild enough to plink with.

I let my boys shoot it and they don't seem to have any complaints.

Ive been using 6.5 gr of IMR 800x behind a cast lead wheelweight 158gr LRN and Its not full power but its accurate and available at my LGS. I also use Winchester small pistol magnum primers. Not sure what the velocity is but my Colt trooper sure likes it.
