I've listened for a while to the complaints about the .357SIG's massive muzzle flash being an inherent disadvantage of the cartridge. I have never really understood what people were talking about. My 229's muzzle flash isn't even noticeable.
Then I fired some WinClean! Hoo Dang! The fireball was bigger than my head! If you're into night time photography, I highly recommend this load.
So, curiosity in gear, I compared some other brands:
Lawman 125grain TMJ CF: medium flash, no bigger than my fist.
PMC Green 85 grain frangible: no flash, though they smell funny when fired.
Speer Gold Dot 125 grain: no flash.
