38 super 125gr plated fp unique powder loads ideas?

I'm sitting on lots of 125gr bullets and unique powder. Can I use published 124gr loads? I plan on using a 1.26 oal and 6.0gr of unique with the 125gr fp. I have learned that the max presure is 36,000 psi for this round. Any input or past reloading experiences with this combo would be great. Thanks.

You will be fine with 124 Gr jacketed data for 125 Gr jacketed bullets and vice versa, but you have plated bullets, which is a whole nother ball game. Unique should work fine. Load em up to around 1200 FPS and have at it.

6.0 Grs of Unique is probably fine, but I would start at 5.5 and work up.

I have used the 124 gr. plated bullets up to 1100 fps. The one time I loaded at 1210 fps I experienced wide scatter. I now use the heavier 147 and 151 gr. bullets and keep the velocity to 900 fps.
