.40S&W Hi-Power magazines

I understand that the .40S&W Hi-Power normally only holds 10 rounds, but has anyone tried to use the 17rd. South African magazines or the 15rd. Mec-Gar magazines with it? If so, how many rounds could you get?

The magazines you're mentioning are for 9mm Hi-Powers, not for the Hi-Powers chambered in .40 S&W.

Personally, I haven't seen any Hi Cap mags for the .40 Hi-Power?

I have had my eyes opened for any magazines over 10 rounds but have never seen any.

Sorry, I should've been more clear. Has anyone tried to load the hi-capacity 9mm magazines with .40S&W ammo? I've heard of a similar technique used in reverse on the 9mm XD pistols; the .40 magazines are loaded with 9mm to allow 15rd. capacity.
