5.56mm (.223) Ammo for AR-15

Anybody ever use Fiocchi .223 ammo for AR-15... is it any good?

What are some recomendentaions for a good all around ammo that can be used for both plinking and more precission shooting for AR-15?

I like the Black Hills Blue Box 68gr HP. Not that expensice and shoots tiny litte groups.
