G'day everyone,.....

A couple of weeks ago I sent a cheaque to Cam Edwards (nranews.com) made out to the NRA.


On the 28th of December 2007 Cam will be giveing away 50 Junior memberships live on the show.


If you know anyone who qualifies,..
..let them know and get them listning to the show!

wow...thanks for ur support of our gun rights here in america aussie bloke. i bought nra memberships for christmas, but nowhere near what u have contributed. if everyone tried to get a new member or 2, we could go into the 08 elections with more members then ever.

I am wondering - did the Australian experience with gun registration & confiscation have anything to do with your decision to send the funds?

A time for action.

G'day everyone,.....

The reason I did this was many and varied,....
Primarily,...
I want to see firearm ownership protected from the non-sencicle attacks it has come under. The attacks on us firearm owners has now become INTERNATIONAL!
Since the NRA and the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia are the only NGO's at the UN keeping an eye on the moves against us,I decided 4 years ago this Christmas to upgrade my membership in the SSAA to life membership,I also joined the NRA as a LIFE member at that time as my way of showing my support for the cause.
Being thay are the only 2 there looking at the situation for us,from our perspective.
Joining the NRA you might say is my way of sticking my middle finger up at the anti's in this world.
(I wear my NRA and SSAA badges on my AKUBRA while out and about and also have them on my work hat while at work.)
And yes,....because of what has happened here I wanted to give to such a good cause,I am doing the same at this end as well. (giveing to the SSAA)
You might say it is also my way of protesting against the anti's and protecting my chosen sport.

I hope my rambling helps you understand why I did this and will continue to do so in the future.
