I pocket carry a 642,and the grip screw has become rusty...over the weekend I emailed smith and wesson..I got a reply monday morning,and they said they'd send one out asap...it will be interesting to see how long it takes.I have been happy w/ their service so far...I had to send the 642 back once and it came back in 4 days,no cost and good as new.I'll let everyone know how long the screw takes to come.
