7.7 Jap ammo?

A friend asked me to help her find some 7.7 Jap ammo for her husband. I did not know when I agreed that it would be so scarce and expensive. Do you folks know where I can locate some for under $25 per 20? Thanks...

Nope, I've got a 7.7 Arisaka that my uncle brought back from WWII, and the closest I've ever came was years ago Norma was loading factory ammo, but I haven't even seen it in awhile.

It was over $30.00 then.

"...for under $25 per 20..." Doubt you'll find much, if any, for that kind of money. It isn't loaded by many companies. Appears to be only Hornady and Norma. Least expensive I found, on-line, is 150 grain Hornady SST from Sportsman's Guide at $25.97 per 20.

+1 on the Sportsmans guide. Not many suppliers at all, my buddy who has one is setting up to reload so he can shoot his.
