870 Experts - recoil pad on new Wingmasters?

I am looking at buying a new 6927 Wingmaster. The recoil pad looks like a new design. Did Remington recently change the recoil pad? Who is the manufacturer?

It might be the new Supercell pad, which is the replacement for the R3 {Limbsaver} pad.

The Supercell is slightly more effective IMO.

If I read it right, Remington is saying the new pad reduces felt recoil by as much as 60%.

The Limbsaver pads are pretty awesome. I'd have to think that they would be hard to improve upon.

Recently installed a Supercell pad from Remington on my old '77 model Wingmaster. The recoil reduction was significant as compared to the original factory pad. Got mine from amazon. You have to be careful to order the right one.
