A little iron sight palate cleansing with my HW77K

I have been dorking around with my Diana 54 figuring out and fixing issues, tuning it up etc. so I have been spending a lot of time behind that rifle and a scope so I figured I needed an iron sight palate cleanser if you will.

So I pulled out another gun I recently did some maintenance on (new piston seal, new spring etc.) my HW77K, to do a little iron shooting. I am happy to say the shooting deities smiled upon my offering today and I was able to post a couple nice groups with her.





I guess I managed to do a fairly good rebuild job on her.

Chris. those are fantastic groups wit irons at that distance. By the way I am getting the same size groups ( Scoped I admit. ) with the HW30s at 20 yards that you convinced me to buy on Sigforum. I simply LOVE that little gun! What an absolute sweetheart in every way. She is now one of my favorite guns. Everyone should own a HW30s.

I am legitimately happy to hear that. I hate recommending restaurants and stuff because invariably the person will have the single bad experience. I really do think the HW30/R7 is absolutely one of my favorite rifles PERIOD firearm or otherwise.
