A Marine's letter to Feinstein.

This Marine took an oath that did not expire when he was discharged, and a Marine, according to all I have had the good fortune of knowing, never ceases to be a Marine after he takes said oath. Oh, and my younger bro, spent 15 years as an active duty Marine. Got too political in the non-com area.

Does anyone know if someone (maybe the NRA) is organizing some type of physical protest? During the healthcare debate one couldn't turn on the TV without seeing people protesting in the streets... maybe something like this will be needed.

The letter from the Marine is awesome, but I think it must be followed up with some action.

Looks like its getting a lot of attention out there. Yahoo's article is playing a pro-2a side.

Her people claim that she no longer has it, and I'm unaware of any proof since her 1995 admission that she still retains it.

That said, I have little doubt that her entourage probably contains a couple of armed people.

If you have verifiable proof that she still holds a carry permit and/or carries a sidearm, please feel free to post it.

Otherwise, I think it behooves us to no longer claim she has a permit, but that she did indeed carry, at least until the 1990s.

Sorry; you missed my new point. I never insisted past your assertion that Feinstein's permit no longer exists that it still does. I admit that it is likely Feinstein has let her permit lapse/expire/disappear in a spontaneous fireball, but I just don't believe it was over a sudden onset of a fear of guns she did not have when she first acquired it.

Clp Joshua Boston is scheduled to be on Piers(I hate guns) Morgan tonight.
We can just hope he is treated with the respect he deserves by Morgan, but I doubt it.

I guess your right. My train of thought was more along the lines of, there is power in numbers, without a mountain of support, which he is receiving, you are asking to be on top of the list so to speak

And no, i wasnt aware ex military was on a watch list.
