That is insignificant because he doesn't shoot bullseye with it. We are talking accuracy alone here. Those guys shoot a competition which only requires the accuracy that almost any modern well made autoloader can deliver.
Exactly. That's a different kind of competition, and requires a different piece of equipment -- just like a good hunting rifles wouldn't be capable of winning at long-range benchrest, and a good benchrest rifle wouldn't bring home much meat.
