Ed Monk of Last Resort Firearms Training, Whitehall AR, has shared the video of his Active Shooter Threat presentation hosted by Bowen School of Law (U. of Arkansas at Little Rock) on 4/7/21. It lasts 45 minutes. Ed's intro starts at 2:35; the presentation starts at 3:20.
Ed begins with analysis of data about active shooter cases, describes the impact of time on the events. He then describes several specific cases, starting with the 1966 UT tower shooter in Austin, then goes into great detail on the Parkland high school shooting.
His discussion includes options for individuals and aspects for planning to deal with an active shooter.

Ed is a West Point grad, retired Armor officer, police officer, and former teacher, as well as a busy instructor.
I recommend this one for all.

Video wouldn't play for me but really I don't need anyone to tell me what to do in an AS situation.

I'm getting myself and any loved ones I may be with out of the area. If that is not possible because of said AS then I will engage as neccessary.

Beyond that I'm at peace with my maker and the cards will fall as they may.

This is not a typical "what-to-do-presentation," although Ed does address some of the possible actions. I would not have posted a link to that sort of presentation.
Rather, Ed presents a deep analysis of the statistics on details of a large number of active shooter events, with lessons to be learned from that analysis.

As for ability to play, it is an MP4 file on a Google drive. It plays with no difficulty on Safari on my Mac. You may need to download it first and then play it, or use Chrome to play it.

Others, please let me know if you also cannot play it.

Seems to play OK here including ability to change video quality.

PLEASE...not many posts yet & I don't want to point fingers but for anyone who think more info isn't necessary ''I know what to do.'' May I simply suggest watching for a few minutes at the 42:00 minute mark.

THANKS 4 POSTING :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
