Ak 74 muzzle break attachment

K-VAR seems to be permanently out of stock on the Romanian AK 74 front sight blocks. Does anyone know another source them?
 
There was one for sale yesterday I believe on the AK-47.net for sale forum. Try a WTB post on the WTB forum there as well. If you cant find one, there are other ways to install a brake on your rifle.
