Wow! What a small world this Internet community can sometimes be!

I happen to know the seller personally. I have had this non-G kit in my hands, I can can testify it is in fact a non-G Romanian kit. Seller description is very accurate. Bid with confidence.

the 9032 link is to a better kit. guard kits differ from standard kits in that guard guns were originally made in semi only configuration. they were also shot less, and carried just a bit. they are of the same quality components, and make fine guns. they have chrome lined bores, and rebuild just like any other AK kit.

The Guard guns were set up for semiauto only, but would still be considered fullauto here because their receivers still had the third axis hole to allow use of fullauto components.

This is incorrect.

The AKMs used by the Romanian Guards were manufactured the same way as any other Romanian AK. It was only when they decided that "serial number range xxx - yyy" were gonna be Guards rifles, that they clipped out the "go fast" parts and branded them with the "G" and the black stock stripe.

If the balloon had gone up, the Guards would have lined up at their armorer and gotten new "go fast" parts for their rifles.
