Alan Gura (DC Case) on Radio

This Sunday (March 9) at 2:20pm Eastern, Alan Gura will be the guest on my radio show, Tom Gresham's Gun Talk.

Mr. Gura is the lead attorney in the Heller case and will argue the case before the Supreme Court. We'll have an in-depth conversation about how the case was put together, the various briefs which have been filed, the media coverage, possible outcomes, and the plan for followup cases, if any.

Just ask Mr. Gura when he's coming to Chicago, after he wins Heller next week, and we'll pick him up at O'Hare and give him a ride (heck, we'll give him a parade) downtown, right past Daley's house on South Dearborn so we can all salute him appropriately.

I know a lot of Illinois gun owners that would be more than happy to buy him a nice steak dinner at Ruth's Chris or Smith & Wollensky for standing up for all of us at SCOTUS.
