Altamont grips not happy.....

I placed an order to Altamont grips for my 7 shot GP100 in silver /black. I have the same grips/color for my KS6,full size GP100 and they are fantastic. First they sent me brown /black. Unhappy I received a will call tag and sent them back ,relaying that I want silver/black. Was told in email colors will vary. I understand this but they were brown/black and returned the grips. They send the replacements that are totally black,again what I didn't order.I email again for the third time all with pictures showing what I bought previously and they aren't even close. They said sorry we cant help you. I copied the page with the representative pic saying I am NOT satisfied and wanted the name of the person Im dealing with as all emails end saying "thank you the Altamont team" Crickets no response. Any one have the same bad experience?

My experience was opposite. Perfect product, but I wasn’t expecting the little pins that keep the grips aligned and I lost one. Called, they mailed one right on out and took care of me. I had no indication that there would ever be an issue.

Altamont needs to change the name of that color. If you look at the various grips that are silver/black, there is no silver in any of them. They typically are black with brown highlights.
