ammo suggestions for 5.56/.223 1/7

i'm looking for what has worked for those of you with an ar that has a 1/7 twist bbl.

i normally shoot 55gr prvi as i have quite a bit on hand. went to the local shop and the only thing they had heavier than 55gr were some 75gr prvi match hpbt.

at the range this morning, the 75gr groups were easily double what the 55gr would do.

are there any factory loads your that your 1/7 likes? i'll have to check around, maybe some of the other local shops have something different.

Odd, I would have thought the heavier bullet would like the 1x7 better.

How about a 16" chrome lined with a 1/9 twist?? I have a stag 2t.

anyone else have experience with 75gr in a 1/7? i'm thinking of picking up some black hills and hornady. maybe it jsut doesn't like the prvi.
