Ankle Carry

I have been considering ankle carry for a BUG/alternative to the way I normally carry my primary gun. When Carrying my G23 or Glock 32 I carry Iwb with a spare mag on my left hip with a shirt or jacket as a cover garment. Sometimes this not practical and since I was considering carrying a BUG anyway I thought Ankle carry might be a good way to go. So my questions are as follows: Is carrying the G23/19/32 in an ankle rig practical? They do make rigs for them but it would seem a bit on the big side. What ankle rigs have you guys used and would recomend. Would getting a compact G27/33/26 make all that much of a difference or do I have to think about something a lot smaller.
