Any Corbon DPX squibs?

I've seen some concern on the internet about Corbon's lack of a waterproof case sealer on their DPX rounds. While I've heard of squibs with Corbon jhp i haven't with DPX. I thought a high traffic gun forum like this would be a good place to ask. Has anyone actually experienced a squib round in DPX? If so, what caliber?
