So I'm wondering if anybody has any news of this case. As a NY state resident, I was very excited to hear about it, but I've heard no news for nearly a year now -- and Google isn't turning up anything. For those who are more familiar with how the justice system works than I am: when should we expect to hear anything about it? (I don't even know when Federal courts are in session and when they are on holiday...)
