Specifically this one

I need a good scope to throw onto my 700 SPS that I'm building up into a long range gun. Right now it's a toss up between a Vortex PST MRAD, and a Bushnell Elite with the G2 reticle. Then I found this and it threw a wrench at me. Seems to be what I want, but the price looks too good to be true and I've never heard of the brand before. I absolutely refuse to spend more than $1000, give or take 1 or 200 bucks. Opinions? Suggestions? Thank you.

That 3-15 is the newest model, and I doubt very many people have used them. I know its built off the same chassis as the older scopes. non-hd glass, 5 mil turrets, no zero stop. I wouldn't mind using it as a backup scope. You could save a few bucks by buying it off SWFA's sample list.

If I had to keep my budget around 1k, I think I would be keeping an eye out for a bushnell hdmr with g2 reticle on the used market. The 5 mil hdmr can be had for 1200ish new.

I picked one up about a month ago and, so far, I'm impressed. Good glass with a very user friendly reticle. Keep in mind, it's a heavy.

My only small complaint would be the tall turrets. Not a deal breaker but it'd be nice if they were a little lower profile.

If you can pick one up off the sample list...go for it. Even at full price, it's still a lot of scope for the money.
