Anyone have a cast bullet hand book?

Im looking for a load and OAL for lead 147 gr FP 9mm with win 231 and titegroup.

of the 3 manuals i now have (lyman 49th, 15th edition reloading, and complete 9mm reload manual,) only 2 have a load i need, one for tg and the other for 231,

i really dont want to buy another book for one load right now....

it doesnt have to be out of that book, any load you have id like to read about
 
My Cast Bullet Handbook shows a load for the Lyman #356637 mold, which is a 147gr FP.

OAL is listed at 1.058".

Titegroup
Starting load - Charge: 2.5gr Velocity: 870 fps
Max load - Charge: 2.8gr Velocity: 943 fps

It doesn't list a load for W-231 (not sure why, but it does give 231 loads for other 9mm bullet weights). The manual highlights what they think is the "best" powder for a given bullet, and for this one they selected Power Pistol.


EDIT: I do show a 231 load for a "147 grain Lead Bullet" (that's as specific as they get) in my Lee 2nd edition manual.

OAL is listed at 1.135"
W-231
Starting load - Charge: 3.3gr Velocity: 865 fps
Max load - Charge: 3.5gr Velocity: 905 fps

I normally rely on the Speer manual rather than either of those two, but it's on the bench in the shed right now, and it's a bit too cold to run out there in my PJ's at the moment :D.

yep, thats the same info i have, id love to hear if the speer says anything different

I don't load 9mm but I have a few manuals....

From Winchester
147grn lead
win 231- 3.5grn(start at 3.2) 905fps

this one load was all I could find after searching 6 manuals

no 147 cast loads for TG, and the cast bullet handbook only goes up to 121grns(that and Lyman 49th tend to overlap)

Also for the OAL as long as the rounds dont exeed the max OAL(1.169"), fit in your mag, and feed ok your good to go.
