Using with a .50 round ball. .010 is a bit loose, .015 fits but is a bitch to load. I think a .012 would be perfect, but cant seem to find anywhere. Does a .012 patch even exist?
The easiest way is to take it to a gunsmith and ask him to measure them. If you have a set of vernier calipers you could measure them yourself at the muzzle. The third alternative is to make a casting of the bore with a product called Cerrosafe, available from Brownell's: http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/productdetail.aspx?p=384&st=cerrosafe&s=
There is a chart located at the bottom of this Pedersoli Shooting Accessories page that indicates that they do distribute .0122 patches plus other less common patch thicknesses.
Here's some Pedersoli distributors to ask to order them if they don't stock them, try their other distributors or contact Pedersoli directly by email.
Try the Blue or the Red pillow ticking at Walmart .012-.015". I use it with a .490" ball in my Poorboy and Mowrey rifles.
I throw mine in the washin' machine afore I use it, tie it to my possibles bag strap use it as I go with moose's milk as a lube, water soluble .
That Walmart [red and blue] pillow ticking is usually thicker than .015, at least according to most reports. It's often closer to .016 - .018 (+ or -).

But it still work just fine in four of my .50 cal with a .490" ball and a .58 with a .575" ball, if you are using a liquid patch lube such as moose's milk or T/C Hoppes No.13.
That's why I gave him the info on Walmart cause pillow ticking washed is softer and more giving that lil' round precuts. Along with the fact that Mooses Milk/liquids work best for multi-round shooting. You clean as you go. \
Anyone who has shot say 40 round metalic silhouette matches may already know of what I speak.
But anyway there it is ifin ya want it.
Now if it were me and if it were a smooth bore. I would takeout my brake cylinder hone and go up and down the barrel a few minutes then clean it out and use the .015
