Good afternoon
Is anyone aware of the one for 20 rounders ?
I see there is a plenty for 30 round magazines , but can’t find for a shorter, 20 rounds ...
Are some of these with adjustable lids so they can be used on 20 rounders ?
Thank you in advance

Hello Gunny,
Thanks for response
I was aware of that but was looking for something simpler and cheaper to put on $500 rifle
Went to Berea, Ohio gun show and got $5 regular pouch, two zip ties and voila

I see that your fine, just wanted to throw this out there too. :)

I used to use those stock type mag carriers to keep a loaded mag with the gun, until I saw one like this on a gun carried by a smoking hot Israeli soldier (she had nothing to do with my choice either :)).

It carries a standard USGI mag (wont work with PMags) on the gun, using the mag well. Just hit the mag release and load the gun like you were using a dual mag carrier. Its quick and easy.

I got mine through Zahal. They have two types, and each go for $12.

Hello AK103K,
you are Zahal fan, too ?
If you enlarge my first picture you will see that I have their sling on my rifle :)
Wide, to distribute weight evenly, long enough (while adjustable ) to carry rifle on your shoulder, on your back or across the chest- any way you like it.
Regarding the product you are recommending, isn't that the one to comply with their military regulations that off duty soldiers can have loaded magazines, but cannot be inserted in mag well?
That is not what I was looking for- I want to be able to carry EXTRA 20 rounds directly on the rifle
Thank you for sharing

Yea, Ive bought a few things off them over the years. :)

I dont normally keep a loaded mag "in" the gun and these allow you to keep it "on" the gun and still have quick, easy access. Prior to finding them, and depending on the gun, I either used the stock pouches or a big rubber band for the same purpose. The rubber band worked more like the mag carrier in the pics, and in the same place, just not as well.

I always found the added weight of the mag in the pouch on the stock made the gun unbalanced and unnecessarily heavy, and never really considered them for anything but carrying that initial mag with the gun.
