I am looking at Bear Creek Arsenal vs Delta defense tactical complete uppers. I am on a budget. Does anyone know a good complete upper brad to go with. I am looking at mainly .223 wylde but would be less expensive to go with 5.56 nato? I am looking at a 16inch barrel with a 15inch rail.

I purchased a 20" Delta Team Tactical and everything so far is as expected a little slow shipping but I expected that, a friend purchased 3 from Bear Creek and the only problem was with steel 6.5 Grendel out of his 20" no problem in the 16", his 7.62x39 has no problems and shipping was a little over a week. Look at them some of the Delta Team uppers don't have BCG and Bear Creek does.
The 223 wylde chamber is supposed to be more accurate if you reload for it.

Get the bca, delta uses bca barrels that are not marked. Last thing I got from delta took over a month to get here. And I got a handguard from them that would not keep the barrel from hitting the the end of the handguard.

All my BCA Uppers are paired with PSA EPT lowers. It’s really a great match. Both have lifetime warranties. For a budget build, you can’t beat the price and the BCA uppers have been very consistent in their grouping. I have 4. And they are shooters.

One word of advice. Run the BCA uppers wet for the first 50-100 rounds. Especially in the bigger calibers. My 450 ran like crap when I first got it. It was really consistent and shot excellent groups. But just didn’t cycle well. I oiled the heck out of it and the problem went away the next outing. Now it’s back to normal cleaning and oiling. No issues.

Another friendly word of advice. If you order a BCA upper, and you don’t get a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, start emailing them. They will reply quickly. I had a bad experience with an out of stock item listed as in stock. 2 weeks and no update on my order status. I was kind of ticked off. But they apologized and refunded my money no problem. That’s the only bad experience I’ve had with them. And I don’t expect anymore problems. I tell you that not to dissuade you from ordering from them. Only as friendly advice should you not get your upper shipped in a timely manner. All my other uppers shipped quickly.

Is this an AR15 thread? Oh, then:
"PSA, PSA PSA."
And on your way to pick it up
Walmart Walmart Walmart.
That is of course what you should do.

Just received a BCA 450 upper which worked flawlessly out of the box; ordered on Saturday, delivered to my door on Thursday. Advantage of BCA are that they're as cheap as anyone else AND they include a good BCG. I have two BCA uppers and like them both.
