AR15 lower parts kits

Who makes the best parts kits? I'm in the beginning stages of building a rifle for Service Rifle competition, so I'm looking for the best quality, also at the best price. Are RRA and DPMS pretty much equal in quality? The parts will be going into a RRA lower along with a RRA 2-stage trigger (I'm gonna send the trigger off to John Holliger to do his magic on). Also, are all A2 stocks created equal, or should I look for a certain brand for that also?

The only critical parts in the lower will be replaced when you install the RRA trigger, so I don't think it matters much either way.

Unless you want one of those nice ACE stocks, I believe all of them are just about the exact same.
