I am looking at a Sig for a buddy and one for myself. A P232 (.380) and P239 SAS (9mm), this is the Custom Shop one, SS slide and wood grips. It's pretty.

My gunsmith says he can order these for me, the P232 is $582 out the door; and the P239 is $990 out the door.

I'm thinking these prices are a bit high, but I don't know.

The P232 comes three ways, with or without night sights. Which model are you looking at; blue alloy, two tone or stainless? Price is dependant on the model, new or used.

For NE Indiana would be very high, I would check around your area at more stores to see if you can find better deal.

Looks like the P232 may be a possible for a friend. I have come to a dead end with the P239 SAS 9MM. Back to the drawing board, might be looking at a Glock 26. I can get a Crimson Trace for it, or a Laser Max.

That would kinda match up with my wife's Glock 23 .40, I promised to get her a CT or Laser Max as well.

Usp9,

That one does not have night sights. It's the most basic 232 available.

(Also, Bud's stating "NS" in their listing does not necessarily mean you'll get what is described. This happened to me - a SS 232 listed with NS and fingergrip rubber arrived with 'contrast' 3 dot sights and hard plastic grips.
rather than send it back they gave me $100. back as a refund after some discussion over the phone)
