Can a US citizen, Non-Resident or part-time resident of Arizona, Carry Concealed without a CCW permit in Arizona?
The new law that passed last April and went into effect in July 2010 it is hard to find a straight answer. Even from CCW course instructors and web searches. Some say you have to be a Arizona resident. Some say if you were legal to carry open , then you are legal to carry with the new Constitutional carry/concealed.
I searched this site and cannot find an answer. Some use the word citizen, some resident. I know that having a CCW allows you to carry into a restaurant that serves liquor as long as you do not drink any. The Constitutional concealed carry does not allow for that. Even on the Az DPS website it is not clear. It should be easy to find the exact language, an official text of the law.
Anyone have the straight up answer?
