Bank posting "No Guns"...Small Victory.

One of my first posts when I first joined THR was one regarding the fact that my bank (Summit Bank), had posted Texas 30.06 signs prohibiting handguns (even if licensed). Well, in December, they were bought by Frost Bank. I had opportunity to go into the lobby a couple of weeks ago, and guess what. The signs are gone. Apparently the management of Frost Bank (a very old Texas banking firm) have a somewhat different attitude about citizens' right to keep and bear arms.

The "progressive" NC Government says that bank carry is illegal anyway, so something just like that could never happen here...

*memo to self - write General Assembly EVERY SINGLE TIME I hear of an armed bank robbery in the state and ask them "how could this happen?!!?!?"
