BARSKA Huntmaster?

I am searching for a scope on my Saiga sporting 7.62x39 for big game hunting and plinking. First scope, I don't have much experience on choosing it.
What's the difference between reticles in practice?
How high does the ring need to be in this case? Some of these scopes come with 5/8" rings, dunno if it can clear the rear sight
Are these scopes good for the price($40-$50) and my application(big game)?

Steer away from all barska's, if $50 is all you going to spend on optics stick with iron sights you will be better off in the long run.
