I recently added a 3032 to my carry collection, and as of now I am very, very pleased with this pistol after I have resolved all of my spring issues that were posted in another thread.

I had a chance to go out and put 100 rounds through it about 6 days ago, and at around 15 yards it is in my opinion the most accurate mouse pistol I have every shot. The .32 ACP is controllable, accurate, and the sights are not that bad for a carry piece. The ammo used was American Eagle 71 grain .32 ACP.

And to be honest my Kel-Tec P32 is very accurate as well. Ammo used in the P32 was GEKO 73 grain from Germany.

I would like to find a handgun in the Beretta Cheetah i.3. model 84/85 sized .32 ACP for target and plinking.
Does anyone have any advise on a 3.5" to 4" barrel 10 round .32 ACP. CZ 70 or CZ 50 is all I can think of.

FEG AP7.65 if you can find one but are a bargain in this category. CZ-83, rare in the US but they were made. The FN model 1910 and model 1922 were some of the best ones ever made. There are Sauer, Colt and Walther models, usually expensive. Another old timer is the Savage Model 1907. There are Mausers if you look for them.

Any good 3.5-4" barrel in .32ACP is expensive, usually.

I got this unissued CZ70 with box, cleaning rod, and two magazines for $250. It has been 100% reliable.

This is my FiL's FEG 32acp. I think it is called the AP9 model. It was $199. The magazines seemed to actually be 380 magazines and he had to polish something inside them and adjust the lips a little bit. Since then it hasn't malfunctioned. It feels great in the hand and is a joy to shoot.
