Pick up a Beretta neos the other day and while I have to say I still think it is a butt ugly gun it feels great and shoots great. Is a ton of fun. Going to be putting a red dot on it one of these days. Runs great on the cheapest ammo which is a big plus.
Edit.. Had a problem assembling it which was the whole point of thread but I figured it out.

Try reassembly again. You'll need to have the rail inside of the slide assembly the whole time. If it jumps out at the end it won't go back together correctly.

The Neos is the simplest .22lr pistol I've ever taken apart so I have faith that you'll figure it out.

Tried it about 10 times I finally gave it a good whack and it fell in place.. it is easy just has to be in the exact right place I guess

Yup. No big deal. I did it the first time too. Difference between it and reassembling the Ruger MK3 is that re-doing the entire thing doesn't take a half hour. ;)

Did you buy your Neos new or was it used? The reason I mention this is that a few years back (2010 I believe), there was a recall to replace the firing pin along with some other parts because there was a possibility of the gun firing even with the safety on. If your gun is used you may want to check it out to see if the recall work was done. Just google Beretta Neos recall for more information.

Not a bad, very inexpensive 22 pistol.
The red dot is a 20mm that BSA just came out with. Surprisingly good for a $20 sight. I've bought 10-12 of them and will buy about a half dozen more when/if BSA makes them with a 22 mount.
