I kind of asked this a few days ago, but now I have a little more specific question. Does Beretta make a .45 acp cylinder for the Stampede? I'm striking out finding a short barreled birds head Vaquero and will probably end up getting a Beretta Stampede Marshall in .45 lc. If I knew for sure they made an acp cylider I'd have probably bought one weeks ago. I emailed Beretta, but have yet to get a response.

Input appreciated, as always.

Thanks all,
rt

By the way, Frandy, the pics of your Stampede with the new Ajax grips, some of my favorite pics I've ever seen on this board. Nice!

Yes, they do offer that...!

Finally spoke to a live person at Beretta who told me yes, they do offer a .45 acp cylinder for their Stampede revolvers. Cost is $83 + S/H ordered directly from Beretta and it's touted as drop-in fitting. If I can't get my hands on a NIB BHV in the next week or so I'll probably go that route. Just hope Ajax starts making grips for the Marshall.
