My local shop has a parked Bersa 95 in good shape. What is the difference between the 95 and the current production Thunder?
Do they take the same mags?

Hi DDGator!
Different (rounded) triggerguard and no integral trigger lock are the chief differences. I believe that the general frame dimensions are the same, and the 95 has a ribbed, rather than checker-knurled mag release button.
Thunder 380's and Series 95 380's take the same single-stack mags. The Series 95 was the immediate ancestor of the Thunder in terms of marketing a design.
