Neat little pistol.
Picked up on fri NIB.
First thing I noticed was this thing is shipped with copious amouts of grease. A good cleaning and lube gave me an appreciation of the fit, tight! The finish is a satin nickel with no tool marks. Grips are comfortable and much better than the Thunder 380 I have.
Break down is simple, pull the slide back a little, push down the lever on the right side, pull the slide back and up. Fixed barrel, recoil sping, and slide, that it.
To the range.
Nice big useful front sight, adjustable rear sight left and right only.
Manual says use only high velocity so I took some Aquila HV, some Remington HV Golden bullet HP, Centurion HV, and some Blazer. 300 rounds , not one problem.
At 10 yds it initially shot to the left so after adjustment I found with the 6 o'clock sight picture it shot high, sight picture the target and it was dead on. Probably from a lack of up and down adjustment.
Old eyes and bifocals managed two inch groups.
It is not a Ruger Mark One but all in all a fun plinking piece.
I like it. Of course it will not be in the big bore carry rotation but it was a fun well built, plinker for cheap practice.
Came home and heard those dreaded words "Thats cute" I want to try it. :banghead: Thats how I lost my Smith 649. Oh well, an excuse to buy something else.

I've got one of those on my wish list. They look like a really nice .22. I already own a Mark III but want something closer in operation to my Thunder .380.

something closer in operation to my Thunder .380.

It is exactly the same except,
1/2 inch longer barrel, 10 rds, very heavy D/A trigger first shot, weighs an oz. more, and has better sights.

That's cute! I like it, I want it.:neener:

What is the barrel length on it?

Vinny

I have the Firestorm version. Very fun plinker and built like a tank (especially for a 22). I like the all satin stainless. Have fun!

I was wondering about those Bersa .22's.
I just might have to aquire one.
Cheap shooting for sure.

Chicharrones is right!

Thanks, I am getting a little senile in my dotage. ( not really but it gets me out of a lot honey do tasks):)

On topic, today I stuck the t-22 in my left cargo short pocket and wore my 45 on the right.
First time in my 63 yrs I ever carried a NY reload as a civilian.

Of all the ammo I have tested so far, Aquila 38 gr super max HV HP was the best. Just got some stingers but have not tried them.
