Best 16" AR barrel to go with?

Below are the barrels I am considering. This will be a 16" barrel & it will run suppressed full time.
Looking for reliable & accurate as this may replace my Geissele SD rifle as my SHTF rifle.

Criterion Core 27.2 oz
BRT optimum 27 oz
DDML 24 oz
Spikes ML CHF 26 oz
Faxon gunner 22 oz

Ordered the Centurion barrel in 14.5"
