What is the general opinion on the best inexpensive 308 sp out there right now? I see plenty of Federal Power-Shok for $12/box in both 150 & 180 grain loads, but is there something better?

About 8 dollars a box for Barnaul .308 SP Russian made. It's not bad. Barnaul also makes the "Bear" line of ammo which I find to be of spectacular and rugged quality for general shooting. Specifically their Silver Bear, if you can find it. It seems to have dried up in .308 but it's not impossible to find.

This site has 100 rounds of .308 SP for 39.95: http://ammunitiontogo.com/catalog1/index.php?cName=308-762-nato-soft-point
That's 7.99 per box.

Thanks! Any thoughts on Igman? I ran into a deal: 150gr sp, reloadable for $8.95 in boxes of 20.
