Best non-AR 5.56 Rifle?

Another vote for the Kel-Tec Su-16. My Su-16C has 6000 rounds thru her, shoots 1.5 moa, and with a scope, 30 round mag, and sling weights under 6lbs, folds to under 26", and has a chromed chamber/barrel.
It does everything pretty well. It is a fine all around plinking/ SD/ hunting rifle.

Value: SU16c .... Got mine for $400 with scope. It's light, its accurate enough, reliable, and tough.... Did I mention it's light?

Personally given a choice of 5.56 rifles I'd pick an AR but this is pretty good too.
