Best recoil pad for Savage 111

I've been doing load developement for my 30-06 Savage 111 and my shoulder needs a break. What's the best recoil pad for me? I've read Limbsaver is pretty nice.

Also, since I haven't found any pads that pre-fit the 111 I'm assuming I'll need a grind to fit. I don't have any of the tools needed, nor the skills for this, so what should I expect to pay the gunsmith for the install?

Called the local gunsmith, $109 out the door for Pachmayr Decelerator.

I have a couple Limbsavers and really like them on traditionally brutal firearms. A buddy has the Decellerator and really thinks that is great as well, while I have yet to try it to compare on the 338 caliber firearms. Both have good reviews for what that is worth.
