Best Rifle Shooting Rest

I'm looking to buy the best rifle shooting rest that I can for $100 or less. I need something that will hold the weapon totally secure so that I know that the point of impact is totally due to the rifle and ammo. Any ideas?
 
I've heard the dog-gone-good shooting bags are pretty good.

Otherwise The Rock by caldwell or I think the Witchita might be in that price range.

For me I think the best change in my bench technique was getting a protektor rear bunny ear bag with the thicker base ($40). Really helps consistency.
