I like the SWFA 10X that someone has for sale. I've owned a couple of them and currently have a couple of the 6x.

117 grain @ 3000fps. At 1000 yards that round will drop about 30 feet / 31 MOA so being able to dial up would be helpful.

I have a swfa scope for sale on the forum if interested, would work well for you, the 10x works fine for shooting steel out to 1k.

Concur, I like my swfa 10x. Not sure if they're currently 100% made in the US though.

Made in Japan very good scope for the money, think I Hurd if they didn't cut out the middle man it would be closer to $1000.

I run a 3-15 x42 on this 308, I think you’d have to pry it out of my cold dead fingers cause it seems you can’t get an Moa in this model anymore.
Iirc I got it off they’re sample list for $499

I maintain an optics database of nearly all major-brand optics (1400+ optics). Every listing includes Country of Assembly (it was not an easy task to collect that data). It's the only resource that I know to exist that lists Country of Assembly for every optic. Enjoy!

They aren't 30mm tubes, but just discovered the new Bushnell AR Optics scopes are made in South Korea. So, if different rings are an option those could also be a consideration.
