all pmc ammo that is 223/5.56 is annealed from the factory and the cases should not/ will not split on you the first firing. I have several thousand of the once fired that I have reloaded now and none of them have split through the reloading process. Is it the best ammo out there? No, the worst no, but right now for 360 shipped to your door, you will not find anything else that is that cheap per thousand. Try and get lakecity or pp for that. You almost have to go to wolf or something like that. The cases will last several firing unless you are maxing them out. If you want to use them, you will have to de crimp the primer pocket and go from there.
