Give her some time.. (rounds)

...

How long were you without your gun you sent back and the new one they sent you..?

I had a problem with my original Px4 40 after 1yr.

I sent it back to BUSA and it took them 6 months to finally send me a new gun..

It took me some 500 rounds to get the_accuracy back, as I had with the first gun after 6450 flawless rounds. In the meantime, I got a used Sig P229/40 that from the first shot, was spot-on accurate, and remains the same thru some 4000 rounds..

I thought the same thing as you, that my new Px4 40 was not nearly as accurate as my first one, but after 800 rounds (all flawless as well) the magic returned @ 100% (the_feel) and it is every bit as accurate as the old one..

My hope is it is just a re-tuning of your memory muscles, etc., and you find the sweet-spot, again, just like your original gun, as I did with my warranty change..

Luck,

Ls

Put several hundred rounds through it. I've noticed marked improvement in accuracy after I've "seasoned" the barrel. Or maybe I'm just shooting better.

They had it for about a month, but before it malfunctioned I hadn't shot it for a while. Anyways, I think it is the weapon because I shot better groups with the other Pt145 before the malfunction. It may be that it requires a bit of break-in though, I am just happy that my pocket .45 is back.
