Hi folks,

I don't frequent the pistol section much, and this question will probably show it....

I have a Browning Hi Power, 9mm, chrome looking, with wood grip and adjustable sights. serial number suggests its from 1972.

Can anyone tell me anything about it? Particularly how much it's worth? Prices seem to vary alot on GB :(

Pictures incoming

Thank you!

Perusal of guns like yours that sold on Gunbroker (much better estimate than asking prices) suggests that $750-800 is the going rate.

That non-factory finish will surely drop the value. Might just be me, but I would value it in the $400 ballpark. Nice BHPs are not scarce, an very nice ones bring in the $600s to $700s.
